Firstly, this isn't my strategy I am just ripping off some guy's strategy on the chinese forums and translating it for scarlet blaze. I cannot really vouch for how well it works since I didn't really have that much difficulty with the instance.

Target and kill off Wind Main -> Fire Main -> Water Main. Kill off Kisame and the rest of the fight is easy.
