I went there yesterday since you couldn't access it prior to level 80 but it's completely empty and you need lv 90 to get to actual kage summit . I was wondering what's supposed to be in this small area is that for plot instance I not got to yet? I'm lv 81'atm.

my guess is part of the lvl 90 plot assuming that the lvls 80 plots gos though the rest of the pain ark
