You must have really high power then Maybe they can do an event with super kage scroll fragments or something its a real pain.

u can get to lvl 120 with 38k power or less, and then 20 days later u dont need them anymore, so i dont know why your complaining about the drop rate since u only need 20 total and then ur good for life
