As a f2p I itch to have him... but I don't.
Any easy to get ninja that is pretty close to him in terms of passive skill? I realize they're probably not as OP but anything close enough is good. I'm new to this game
I have wind, water, and lightning main.

jugo and konan have similar passives but for different groups, iruka is konoha, konan is akatsuki, jugo is cursemark
