This is what worked for me.

Neji acu's #1 guy. attacks #2 and combo kills.
Guy interrupts #3. combo kills #1.
Kabuto clones.
regular attacks kill #3

Get hit with first poison.
Wait for Shizune to heal.
Hit her with Neji's acu. Then main's mystery.
Summon more clones.
Interrupt poison with Guy.
Combo's and clones finish her off.

Focus on using Neji and Guy to interrupt Karin.
Use main's mystery on Karin to burn her down fast with combo.
Keep those Kabuto clones coming.
Interrupt Hanzo at 100% before his Jutsu with either Neji or Guy.
Burn him down with combos.
