I feel as if you say that without explicitly counting them. I've opened 70 scroll rares over 10 times, nothing over 70 has ever happened. Are you sure you're counting correctly? Also, it may very well be luck but I'm pretty sure luck isn't a factor in the global version.

i used them by 10

some people dont get rares sometimes, they say if you miss the rare you must do another 60 scrolls but I am not sure about that. I dont know when kage is going out so decide well

I say save at least 60, maybe in this time you'll get a rare from free who knows, if not you can either go for rare and hope for nardo (you'll prob. get oroch traitor :D) or wait for kage if it's soon enough

btw I wonder when kage treasure is coming

i wounder when too, i don't want to use a bunch of scrolls on sage just for Kage to come out

Saving would probably be the best thing to do in the long run, but on my server i am the highest lvl (64) and the highest Power. If your server is so new, you not gonna get KAge treasure anyway, so dont worry.
Some updates will only apply on older servers. Its like when you cant do an event if your server not x week old because you still have the server opening events.

No later than December hopefully i dont think a lot of people have the patience to keep playing this without any new content for so long . Ideally i hope they update the rest of missing nin in shops by mid november to tie us over till kage if it hits in December.

They already said they won't be updating shops again for a while because they just updated the shops.

I know what they said but with the retention the way it is if players keep on quitting at same rate they been they might push new content sooner. And i said Im HOPING.

Kind of doubt it because Daiske is pretty on the jump with these things, especially information being passed out as soon as possible, but I guess you never know.
