They posted in the thread where they raised the level cap to 85 that the Kage Seals would take 'a long time' to come out as they have more things to do. Whether or not that is true but if it is, I would think that we wont see Kage seals until late December.

problem: people rush to max level, complain there is nothing to do once they reach it
solution: release all the content so we can rush again and complain again

you do realize that at this rate, in less then a year we will have caught up to china servers and there will be no more source material to release and the game will just die.

take your time enjoy the game and dont ru*, because there is a timer for the end of the game and if stuff keeps getting released this fast the game wont last 2 years and then you will complain because the game is dead.

Just because Chinese version is 2 years old doesnt mean that we should take 2 years to catch up to it they are what like 8-10 different treasures ahead of us and god knows how many different features.
Even if we caught up the latest version that doesnt mean that there would be nothing to do. IT will still take years for most people to get ninja like raikage or susasnoo itachi and thats just from 1!!!! pack to get 900 scrolls nm like if we had 2-3 or even more different treasures, all it will do is create more variety . Sure some p2w players with no self control will buy everything and burn out but thats their problem.What more likely to happen if they hold back content people will get bored and leave to play something else. This is one of the reasons why some servers are close to dead you have to create content for f2p players as well as paying players to have healthy numbers like shop ninja for free players to grind their shop credits to keep the game going. Which isnt happening. The 2 ninja we did have just seems like a token gesture where as they have little to lose and everything to gain by updating all the shops with the seal treasure ninja as those ninja would be mostly obsolete for paying players but will breathe life into game for f2p lineups.
P.S: at the very least players deserve some sort of rough road map for updates ahead so if the the f2p players dont like the pace at which the game is updated they dont have to waste their time and paying players can plan and budget ahead. All the secrecy is extremely dumbfounding considering that all this content already exists and any other company would be happy to tell players what exciting new features are down the line to keep players engaged why people running this version are so afraid of sharing little info is just incomprehensible. We live in a digital world guys we know that content is there already.

we know what content is on the cn version, but that content might not come here or it might be slightly different when it does.

the publisher can change things a bit to fit the local populace. so they might say that susano sasuke/raikage will be too hard so they may make them only 500 scrolls rather than 900 and they might double susano itachi fragment drop rates(disclaimer: i'm not a mod or a dev, i dont know whats coming out when or how, these numbers and ideas r example possibilities only and probably wont happen).
they could decide that kage treasure shouldnt come out next and let another treasure come first, or lots of other things, only the publisher knows what they are going to do and they dont have it all planned out already since they need to try and react to he numbers of active people and payments

every1 would be better off if they forgot that other versions of the game existed and just focused on whats here now and play like this was a new game getting new unknown updates
