Hello! I'm from Europe and i started playing this game since the very launch, but i've always been playing on the american server and the time zone is totally different, so it's pretty annoyoing for many reasons... (daily reset, team instance and group istance and much more). So, i saw in the news they're about to open an EU server and that would be perfect for us europeans, but i also know that you need a new character for each server you play in... so, my question is: is there a way to transfer the first account to the EU server? And when will the server be up?

Hello,

I'm sorry but it's not possible. Transfer option won't be added to the game. As you said, if you want to play on EU server, you have to create another character and start from the zero. We opened new EU server 1 hour ago so if you are interested in playing on EU server, I would recommend to start playing now so you can catch up with other players.

Awww, that's bad... Are you not thinking to add this feature anywhere in the near future? That would be a great thing, because a lot of players will be in my situation and that's very unpleasant. Anyway, thanks for the reply! :)

No, we won't add transfer option because it would be unfair to our players. Imagine that someone could transfer his 10 days old account to new server. We informed our players that we will have EU server.

Perhaps in the far future then... :D. Personally, i didn't know there would be an EU server before i got lvl 38-39, but nevermind. Thanks again for the reply :).

What you can do is do servers mergers down the road for older servers !
