She combos best with Tendo. Round 2 combo then chain together with Chiyo to get enough Chakra to launch Tendo Mystery while leaving the enemy with acupuncture and interrupt any mystery they were going to launch. Overall it will do considerable damage in 2 rounds.

She also works well with Asuma but you need someone to fill the extra combos so you can get to 70 chakra quicker. Once there, Asuma deals a TON of damage on a single target. Especially if that target is of Lightning Element. The blind is also useful against healer types like Kabuto.
