Mystery: Three Treasures Suction Crush -Cause heavy damage to the entire enemy team and Knockdown to the selected enemy. Doubles the damage caused by clones, puppets and Summons.~Cooling Time: 3 Rounds~Battlefield Cooldown: 1 Round~Chakra Use: 40~Additional Status: Knockdown
Standard: Secret White Move - Rigid Attack - Attacks the front enemy, if chakra is higher than 40 then it will also cause a Triple Combo and High Float.
Chase: Secret White Move - Earth Attack - Chase and Attack the Knocked Down enemy and cause High Float. This can be triggered up to 5 times.
Chase: Secret White Move - Heaven Attack - Chase and Attack the High Floated enemy and cause Repulse. This can be triggered up to 5 times.
Passive: Wisdom of War - Whenever Chiyo triggers the Chase skill, recover 10 chakra points for your own team. Recover will stop at 100 points for the round.

For a chiyo lineup, there are quite a few major flaws that comes to mind:
1) You have to build a team that centers around her. Earth main comes to mind first, since has Repulse->Knockdown chase. You also need Gamaken to increase no of chase. If opponent have control type team or nuke team, can seal/kill your chiyo quickly and you'll be in trouble.
2) You might have noticed already, but any character that have chase that triggers more than once, the dmg is kept lower to balance things out. This is even more true for chiyo and her chase does low dmg/chase. What makes it even worse that chase is nin type and her ninjutsu growth is very bad. So to make her effective, you have to give give nin boost in the form of gear, tools, megatama battle armor etc.
3) We recently had sailor sakura. Try using chiyo on her and she will just heal those low dmg inflicted. ;P
However, if you can make it work, all this chase can do some considerable dmg overall.

She combos best with Tendo. Round 2 combo then chain together with Chiyo to get enough Chakra to launch Tendo Mystery while leaving the enemy with acupuncture and interrupt any mystery they were going to launch. Overall it will do considerable damage in 2 rounds.
She also works well with Asuma but you need someone to fill the extra combos so you can get to 70 chakra quicker. Once there, Asuma deals a TON of damage on a single target. Especially if that target is of Lightning Element. The blind is also useful against healer types like Kabuto. -

Hmm, I don't like these hidden damage values. I expect all chases to be somewhat equal, well too bad... It's the same with Mystery, They show you basic desc
ription but the damage differs greatly so in the end it's only confusing and you still need to see/try the ninjas. Sight.... Thx for the replies. I will not try to * get her now from lucky board. -

Had quite a few play-around's with her. The think is - if people are smart and focus her - you are screwed. That being said - she does open up some quite cool and fun combos to play around in arena with e.g. Main, Jirobo, Kisame and Tobi (just as an example) - quite fun seeing how jirobo and kisame heal up from rock bottom to full in one round :) -

I'm not the best but I have found a team that works with her at my level(55) and It lighting main, asuma(normal), hinata, and chiyo(10 puppets). Lighting main talent is 3(I personally like the exrta ATKs but 2 would work too), 2( for the knockdown), 1(it keeps combo going), 1(for healing because no healer in the team), and 1 (just to fill up the field). For the summon anything that chases repulse and causes knockdown work (I.E. Gamachu or Gamaken) but the summon isn't really needed in my opinion. Let me know how this does please -

well,using asuma and hinata will win you most fights if you have the initative(not sure about the spelling) advantage,since the target you focus can't attack or cast anything,and it will provide asuma with enough chakra to use his mystery non stop from turn 2(I'm a fire main and the 20 chakra mystery helps,otherwise you'd be 10 chakra short)meaning that as they focuse chiyo,you c*e asuma to deal damage
