In group instance/GNW do friends pains buff each other??? (3v3 scenario)

And is there a specific cap on how much pains can be buffed??

How much do the pains buff each other by, percentage wise? And how many rounds does it last?

Yes during TI or GNW pains from your friends will buff out your own and stack. It's what makes it scary.
