I dont know if i missed something but in the event description it says 19:29:59 11/3/2016
So when i login to redeem the rewards from the points i had there is no event.
Even if it should be gone..the events usually were gone at 5:00 A.M.
Pics with event gone and showing time ( It still is not time for the event to go)
Just to clear some people doubts who got confused and said its the next day so ofcourse event is not thereIn first picture
Deadline Time shown is 19:29:59 11/3/2016 and game server time 2016/11/2 21:15:45
so if the deadline was previous day it should have already ended at 19:29 but it is still there at 21:15

Game Server time : 2016/11/3 01:15:30 , since the deadline is at 19:29:59 of 11/3/2016 the event should still be there but it isnt.

Dear Moderators,
Some of us were waiting to spend on the redeem shop and missed out. I had service outage and when I get back on the redeem shop was gone :'( is there please any way you could help us?
So there are some others facing the similar situation but i dont know if they will be able to help without a screenshot as they usually ask for screenshots -

I am trying to show that the event has already gone before the deadline shown in first picture
In second picture i have shown there is no event even though the event should be there -

Well, it does mean that your efforts were screwed.
You should have spent it at the end of the day though.
I dont think it was my mistake,. It is always wise to stack up points and decide on the ninjas to get depending upon how much it will cost and will we be able to get it with the coupons/ingots we have ?
Rather than just redeeming those ninja fragments and getting short
and one more thing the event showed that i had one more day for redeeming time -

- it has been stated that events end times go by your local time not sever time
Even if that was the case my local time there was 9 hrs left for the event to end
And i dont think that events end by local time. The thing is the US/EU/HK servers are so timed that they are similar to local time and the events will be in accordance with local time.
If what you are saying is true the reset for me shouldnt be at 5:00 A.M. or 5000 Military time or whatever it is called -

It's strange. For the last few events we had, after the event deadline ended, yes you won't be able to buy those keys or cubes from shop, but the reedem option would still be there, just to avoid this exact situation where people missed the chance to reedem their points. Remember sailor sakura event last time, or the ninja plates?
I wonder why it isn't so this time. It doesn't hurt to atleast keep the reedem option there for one more day maybe.
That being said, I'd like to point out not to wait for last hour or preferably, last day to reedem these rewards. That deadline timer can be confusing at times. One good way to check event duraion is to look at 'time limited' section in shop during these events. On last day, they always shows exactly how many hours/mins left for the event.
As for the situation, I hope something can be done about your hard work (You got the bonus box every single day). But if I were you, wouldn't get my hopes high. Whats gone is gone. One way could be to have these points saved till next such events, but that might be very hard to do only at specific events and it wouldn't be fair either, since next time there could be better ninja/lower price and you will get an edge with these saved points. I dont know but as you said i did watch the time limited section in shop too.. and it was showing 19 hrs left so i was going to redeem it after deciding on getting ninjas by investing coupons or not(if i would have enough by time)
But it was gone when i logged in next day . And the time in limited section should still be left some 9 hrs at that time -

no because the mods have flat out stated the the end time for event will show ba
sed on your time on the pc now if we talk about perma events then they are sever time only
i would like to say again but even according to my local time there should have been 9 hrs left which i stated before too -

I had 10 boxes From day before but went to sleep thinking I could open them and redeem prizes the next day, because the Event was supposed to end 19 hours ago in my time, but instead ended 43 hours ago.
I know there was time left shown for redemption but the event ended earlier
I dont know about when mine was gone but like yours the event was gone some 16-17hrs earlier (8.5hrs earlier acc to local time) than it should have This post was last edited by biswam at 2016-11-5 07:53 -
