For now, I suggest using a taijutsu team with crimson fist c;
like lee and gai sensei

you can try out the formation simulator to make the highest combo

yes position matters, it influences the order of your attack, and also you need to be tactical with the formation for better chance of survival, such as placing a medic in the front row would not be a great idea
