-5 low refine rune = 1 medium rune
-5 medium rune = 1 advanced rune
-10 chunin scroll = 1 jounin scroll
-10 jounin scroll = 1 anbu scroll
-10 anbu scroll = 1 kage scroll
-10 kage scroll = 1 scroll of sages
-10 scroll of sages = 1 super kage
-10 super kage = 1 ? sennin scroll i guess
