If you have sailor sakura and need a guide, here's the guide for strong approach difficult mode.
Line up: Crimson Fist, Sailor Sakura, Pain - Shurado, Great Ninja War Kiba.

Substitutes: Sailor sakura can be replaced by Regular Sakura (3*). Only difference is Sailor Sakura mystery is 3 turn cooldown instead of usual 4. I still managed to tank a Hanzo ulti at the end.

GNW Kiba - Sai. Sai is guaranteed combo every round like Kiba. Can be replaced by him. (And you get clones)

Shurado can be replaced by Neji (Mostly used for interrupt)

Adjust talents accordingly if you have to.
