Time：November 3rd, 7:30 AM -9:00 AM UK Time, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM Hong Kong Time.
3、Servers Affected: S1, S2
Time: November 3rd, 3:00 – 4:30 AM New York Time, 0:00 – 1:30 AM Los Angeles Time.
4、Servers Affected: All US Servers
Time: November 3rd, 5:00 – 7:00 AM New York Time, 2:00 – 4:00 AM Los Angeles Time.

may i ask what a refinement event is ? so that i can plan my future lol
so that i will know to save my runes :)
It's a event where u get extra wishes or a chance for them when refining your gear. It has been awhile I think since we got one. I hope we get the lucky board back as its been about a month since we saw it.

That is not a day before. that is like 12 midnight server time where the previous event is over.
Atleast fulfill what you have said moderators. If you said you will release the event info the day before, do it the day before not at 12 midnight. -

I agree completely but they said the day before, the day before doesn't have to be 24hrs before but a calendar day which is a completely different time. -
