Usually, it's first the Sakura's Blessing event and the week after that is the refinement event.

may i ask what a refinement event is ? so that i can plan my future lol
so that i will know to save my runes :)

It's a event where u get extra wishes or a chance for them when refining your gear. It has been awhile I think since we got one. I hope we get the lucky board back as its been about a month since we saw it.
