Yeh they get reset, it's meant to do that. Also Kimimaro is used a lot, maybe just not in your server. Most popular lightning build is Kimimaro/Sasuke + Jugo or Iruka and it will probably become more popular since people are realizing fire mains are broken on this version of game.
