I remember seeing this tips a few times that we can save upto 5 different moods on our main character.

I can't find any such option. How can I do this?
For example: On my fire main, I want +ninjutsu mood during Worldboss event, and +hp mood during ninja exams. How can I save these 2 different moods?

You can't, it's just like we had tips for moods before they were added. This will probably come in later patch.
