I would like to ask that if I top up some money and go to the user center of naruto online which is this site: "http://www.oasgames.com/?a=newucenter&lang=en&source=narutoenosite"

Does your VIP points goes up? I asked the customer service and they said you have to top up $300 to upgrade to VIP 1 status but it is said on the website that I will get 4 points per $1 as you can see in the picture that I attached. I did some top up but my VIP progress did not updated (I won't tell how much for confidentiality)

How about you guys?
