This shouldn't discourage them though. Even if they lose the convoy, they're still rewarded with contribution and coins, just not as much.

Well, the fact is that because of this problem some members have abandoned our group to join the strongest ones so that they're not hunted by other high level players. So it IS serious, for me and for our remaining members. No one logs on for Convoy hours anymore. They'd rather donate every last coin than do convoy.

The problem with this is that on some servers there arent that many players. If they make a level restriction then you will have to wait 15 mins to plunder somebody. I like this idea, but only after the server merges.

Hopefully in the near future they're gonna merge servers, right? Although I fear that the group won't hold on for that long, activity points have dropped over 100 already because of this and now we barely can qualify fro GNW. This saddens me greatly.

They have been saying last week that it's coming very soon, so hopefully next or one after next patch.

I believe they said in 3 weeks, so we have to be patient for a little while.

How about you have one person run all the Sky folks and then wait as all the plunder has been taken. Then all the earth folks are done in the last 15 minutes or so when everyone either has given up or used all their plunder attempts. Sometimes just waiting till the last 20 minutes and people lose patience. Beat the player if you can't beat the game.

This is a real problem- which discourages especially low level players who aren't that strong yet. High level/more powerful players will always be dominant (mostly), dont think there is a work around for that. Putting level restriction will make it even harder to find convoy/plunder at times, even more on servers which are not that populated. Some people have suggested 2 key tips, and I think they should work well in your group too-

1) You get 4 chance at convoy, but 2 for plunder. So, if you wait for sometime, there is a very good chance you can do convoy without being ambushed. Doing 2 plunder takes about 10 min(if the match is balanced), 4 convoy another 10-15 min. Just wait the first half, let most people finish their convoy/plunder and then start your journey.

2) Strong players in your group, ask them to take a bit more responsibility and do multiple runs, taking not-so-strong players with them. We do this all the time in our group, and it gives good result. Watching stronger people fight, it also gives you a good opportunity to learn tactics and get better.

In general, convoy/plunder is just a basic pvp aspect of this game, same as sage field/matsuri and many other upcoming things in game. There will always, always be someone stronger than you. Don't let a defeat discourage you.

Normally a defeat doesn't really discourage me, but as server is dying high levels are constantly searching on plunder, all the time, even 1 minute before convoy ends. I've tried everything, every minute, every hour, still the same outcome, not to mention I'm the 2nd strongest of my group now and I'm lvl 56. Leader is never at convoy hours either. Also, server is highly unbalanced, as there are lots of lvl 70+ and lots of lvl 40-, there is no middle ground.

Personally, I had the same feeling, BUT the solution is not that difficult. Switching to a newer server with all the knowledge you already have is a great headstart that allows you to be in ranking at very high spots, and getting to join a good group on top of that. I haven't spent a single dollar, and still manage to take spot in each ranking, with worst spot being 35th.

I do not disagree with that idea, but it's extremally difficult to find anyone to plunder at least on newer servers, so the level restriction wouldn't work unless we are after merges.
