Please do not misunderstand my feedback for discomplacency for this event. I absolutely adore events such as these, events that help promote guild companionship as well as offer free-to-play players a way to do just as much as a premium player can. However, I would like to express some concerns I've encountered with the currently active events:

The first being that it is impossible for everyone to receive items from the missions event. Because players are not allowed to collect more than 10 missions, including already completed missions, the maximum gift missions can have after an exchange is 9/10 while the first player can receive 10/10. It's a minor nitpick but one just as easily as fixed as it is minor.

For events such as the Spooky Halloween event, might I suggest raising the cap of missions a player can have to 15 or 20 instead of the current 10? Still only allow players to complete 10/day (Unless they purchase the 'special' event cards for Premium/Coupon players), but raise the cap of "Owned" Missions that players can have to allow them to exchange more freely. A minor suggestion, but one I feel would help ease the pain of that one person who has 9/10 gifts. (Alternatively, someone in the guild could have *ternate account and use it souly for exchanging).

The second feedback I would like to provide is for the Lunatic hallowwn event (nice play on words). It's a small gripe, but one I would like to express concern about. Please let me know if I am wrong, but there is currently no way to 'refresh' the Lanterns each day (other than to wait for the next). This means, the maximum amount of points Free-to-play AND Premium players can earn ish 420 points.

Purchasing 30 Seal fragements (x3 Seal Tokens) is 300 points. Purchasing 300 Summon Fragments is 150 points. Purchasing 80 Tokens recruited to recruit Jugo is 1,600 points. You see the problem with these rewards? They are unrealistic to achieve with only 420 points. Sure, a player can receive x3 Seals and maybe x2 Summons, or x3 Summons and x2 Seals, and SOME Fragments for Jugo, but its impossible to recruit Jugo, even as a premium player. And while I see nothing wrong with this, simply displaying that impossible "100" Ninja Fragment goal for the event gave me some false hope when seeing it, until i realized it would be impossible to receive.

Simply some feedback for these two events. Like I said, only minor nitpicks for functionality, but I thought my two cents would be worth reading for someone. I do apologize if my little rant was boring.
