Okay so I just passed Ninja Exam level 99 and I would like to share my lineup with you guys. This time I do remember what to do in each round.
Ninjas I used where: 5*Firemain,4*Naruto,3*Hinata,2*GNW Kankuro.
Round 1: Pre Select the Fire Puppet DO NOT USE ANY SKILLS THIS ROUND
Round 2: Use the Fire Main's Skill immeadietly on the Fire Puppet. Select the Ninjutsu Puppet and use GNW Kankuro's Skill and finnally use Hinata's Skill.
(This where the RnG Comes in, if your Hinata dies then it's over! Keep on trying and perservere!
Round 3: Hinata should still be alive. Stop the Wind Puppet's Skill with Naruto's Rasengan.
Round 4-?: Try your hardest to survive!Use your main's skill to stop the puppets, and use all skill's available to you. At one point your Hinata will probably die and so as your Fire Main but all you need to have are GNW Kankuro and Naruto.
