Sai ANBU Camoflage Tactic gives him all 5 attributes, and from my understanding, this does not extend to his lions.
However, If you put up Anko's barrier, Sai's lion's get buffed and do ~40% more taijutsu damage. This does not happen with Sasuke's, Yamato's, Gaara's, Haku's or Jirobu's barrier.
