What's your power ranking for the Naruto CE?

I've always wondered how everyone viewed the power ranking in the Chuunin Exam preliminary round. The first round of the tournament to eliminate the too many combatants. How would everyone fair if everyone had to fight one another at least once or how matches would have gone differently. I'm essentially going to rank people on whom I think was strong based on their abilities shown and wanna hear what ya'll think.

1. Gaara: This isn't a contest. Gaara is by far the strongest. Lee was the only one who could contest him. Even during Konoha crush Naruto just won because Sasuke softened him up for him. If they had started when both were fresh fairly certain Gaara would win.
2. Lee: Do I need to explain? None could keep up with him and if he had fought Neji then I'm sure he'd have punted him through the roof.
3. Neji: Also no explanation needed. Really he only lost to Naruto in the second round because he was too *y and spouting too much nonsense about destiny. That and Naruto has the nine-tails inside him. He'd have merely poked everyone and put them in the hospital just like he did Hinata.
4. Temari: The girl is a hurricane in a pretty package. She may focus on wind jutsu, but has shown to be fairly good at everything. Her attacks could cover the entire battlefield making it impossible for most in the prelim to deal with her.
5. Tenten: Holy crap what Anc are you nuts? Yes, to an extent, but hear me out. Only five people could deal with her weaponry to any extent. The four stated above and Zaku. Zaku was crippled at this point, but even if he wasn't she'd know of his abilities due to Neji watching them and Lee's fight with them. She was also the fastest kunochi of her graduating class then got placed on a team with Guy. While she may focus on ranged attacks you can be * sure she's far stronger and faster then she looks. She is able to use every weapon she touches. Every. Single. Weapon. Even god sasuke only uses basic ninja tools and a sword. Tenten c*e every ranged or melee weapon as if it was an extension of herself. She can throw anything with 100% accuracy despite having to compensate for the varying weights, shape, wind resistance, and etc and she throws them at an incredible rate. She lost because she fought her perfect counter which I don't understand why people fault her for it. It's like making fun of Wolverine for fighting freaking Magneto it's just not fair. Also blame Kisimoto for not expanding her character's freaking crazy potential. People will say Naruto could beat her, but I call bull cause she summoned more weapons then he could make clones and 1 kunai would go through a line of clones like nothing. Stop joining the dissing Tenten bandwagon people she's just another one of Kishimoto's cast aside characters who deserved better.
6. Shino: Just no. Shino is a hard mofo to mess with. You try to punch him and you're getting bugs on you. You focus on him and bugs gonna come up behind you and gnaw you into the ground. He may lack the oompf many on the list have, but he is essentially a zergling spawn pool walking about.
7. Kiba/Akamaru: Let's face it Kiba only lost because he was meant to. A fart threw him off? Really? He's from a clan that specializes in trackers. I'm sure he's smelt corpses, dung, and other horrible things before. If anything he should have torn Naruto apart harder because he farted in his face. Also Naruto was likely passively healing the entire time making Kiba's hit and run tactics less effective. Without that Naruto would have been done for.
8. Naruto: Our ninja jesus everyone! He's pretty clever and craps out chakra normally. Add the fox in and he's essentially a nuclear power plant of chakra. Still shadow clones could only do so much to those stated above and the team just barely managed to make it to the tower in time. They didn't have much time to recover. He's mid tier imo for the first part of the exam and a challenge for most save the top five.
9. Dosu: Dude was very skilled with a hard to counter ability. It could be argued he'd beat Kiba due to heightened hearing, but I think Kiba would stab out his ear drums with his claws to counter it. A strong opponent, but not the strongest.
10. Hinata: Wow another surprising placement. Hinata may not be anywhere near Neji's level, but clan abilities would give her the edge over a good number of people. Also face it Naru/Saku fans before timeskip Hinata would style so hard on Sakura it's not even funny. Shikimaru could likely beat her, but at the same time not. All I see a hyuuga having to due to beat most opponents in the CE is spam powerful smoke bombs and just ruin people.
11. Shikimaru: The lazy strategist wouldn't have the cover like he had in the arena to dodge attacks thus Temari would * him away in one swing. The others listed would have some knowledge of the Nara clan or would just be too fast to catch. He works best in a team anyways, still love my boy though!
12. Kankuro: He had the element of surprise on his side, but at this point he only has one puppet. Yes he nearly killed Shino during the crush but in these prelims most those above him would not be stopped by his tricks. Especially the Hyuugas since they'd know it was a puppet. I find the thought of Hinata vs Kankuro hilarious since she could just throw a kunai into hm while he's wrapped up pretending to be a tool.
13. Sasuke: Here comes the hate. How you gonna put Sasuke so far down here? Various reasons. Low on chakra, stamina, injured, and cursed. Most the people above him would push him to the point where the curse seal would activate. Even if he was fresh I'd only move him up sixth place in terms of overall power.
14. Zaku-Broke arm having kid was doomed from the start. Even when he used his wind tunnel things he did so with great difficulty. If he went in uninjured I'd rank him higher by several placements.
Choji: Choji was just not ready for the exams at this point. He didn't have the confidence to really let loose. If he showed off his *erfly mode earlier I'd have placed him in the top five with no qaulms.
16. Yoroi: Chakra vampire that has to get close to good ranged combatants and godly melee ones. He was doomed too.
17: Kin: Had one decent ability that was an annoyance to most people. Likely had a good grasp of academy jutsu as well, while not super weak she was in a tournament with a buncha monsters.
18.Tsurugu: Decent body manipulation, but like Yoroi was doomed from the start.
19. Tied between Sakura and Ino: They are weak combatants no ifs ands or buts about it. Ino's ability is devastating when used in a team. Great for espionage. Maybe if she knew some of her clan's stronger jutsu she'd be more of a threat, but alas she is tied for the weakest in this tournament. Sakura was the least prepared person for this exam because Kakashi shafted her. Academy techniques are great, but that's all she had aside from good trap making skills. She can't set up traps in this kinda tournament though. If she wasn't apparently a jinchuuriki of tsundere Ino would have beaten her. I'd have smacked Kakashi if I were his student for not teaching me any jutsu before going into this exam.
