Is killer bee in the kage treasure and if so, on other servers did Kage treasure become available at lvl 70 and sage treasure bump down to lvl 60?

  • I believe he is but would need confirmation on that still. As far as the level bump, that's what Aristeaus told us would happen upon the full release of Kage packs.
