Is killer bee in the kage treasure and if so, on other servers did Kage treasure become available at lvl 70 and sage treasure bump down to lvl 60?

I believe he is but would need confirmation on that still. As far as the level bump, that's what Aristeaus told us would happen upon the full release of Kage packs.

I just pulled Bee out of Kage Treasure. Kage treasure wasn't available to me until I hit 70.
