There is no "best summon" for a person. It all really depends on your combos, and whether you decide to use a summon to help you connect 2 "broken ends" of a combo (ie. If you need a summon to chase high float and cause low float to continue the combo) or it being summoned after a 5 or 10 hit combo.

Well lightning main the summon that most lightning mains take is flood dragon is works well with alot of teams like sasuke,hinata,karin

They all do the same damage apart from Chameleon who hits less because he hits 2 and Tonton who has bonus damage against world bosses. So pick whichever fits your combo.
