based on my perspective, people do love packs, but there are some points to be made, are the people unhappy the jonin medal ones? if so why? packs can be really motivating for some people who are low on power, or low on level, or they just want couple seals, i do point out the fact not everyone is gonna be happy, indeed, this week i didnt receive a pack, cuz i received one last week, am i happy, yeah i am, cuz above all, rotating the packs among all members is imo, the best choice a leader can do, cuz you'll be growing as a group, not individuals, for what matters GNW is a team fight, not 1v1, if i have to ditch a 20k power player over a 10k power player i would do it, i rather have someone helpful and socially active, than a selfish player who is unhappy about packs, and their rotation. Groups should be about playing together and not bring out a few players, that think they are entitled cuz they're the stronger in the group.
