1＃ Go ToSo, it seems as if no matter how I do rewards, SOMEONE is going to be unhappy.
Started off by giving rewards based on contribution (not donation), people complain that the same people are getting packs every week because they started earlier in the group.
Switched to a rotation so that everyone gets a pack (which is totally a pain to keep up with), and the really active and contributing members complain because they don't see any reason to donate or contribute anymore since they won't get a guaranteed pack.
There's got to be an obvious answer here that I'm missing. I can't keep having group member threaten to leave over packs. It's even worse on weeks we win when even LESS people get packs (which makes no sense, if you win, if anything you should just get an extra pack).
Aside from a serious call to mods to look into getting more packs, what can I do?
