There really isn't any good solution currently for western players. The pack distribution has been made in the chinese market that is always something different than the western market is used to. There has been some solutions suggested like 1-2 seals for everyone participating in the war. That would be a good solution to solve this case but we are still waiting for this thing to get solved.

We also tried the contribution and rotation phase. But there wasn't actually time to get these going since GNW participants already dropped quite a lot. Servers only have 6 guilds actually participating in the wars anymore with really low participant count. Rotating is really hard to do in these cases :D
