Still working the fine art of ranked-battles myself.
What problems are you having specifically? And are there lots of people around the same total power, perhaps a bit over, or are you pretty much as far as you can go and the next option to fight is a lot higher?
However, some things I've noticed.
The RNG and AI in ranked is geared a slightly different way than in regular battles (kind of how sometimes in exam, strong approach and instances the opponents don't necessarily act in a way you'd think).
In short, you team is played by the AI equivalent of a monkey with ADHD and a lot of bright shiny *ons to push while the opponent's team plays like they hired the computer that best Kasparov at Chess to pilot it.
With this in mind try setting up interrupters like Neji and Guy at the top and near the front of their grids to stop jutsu before they happens, specifically barrier jutsu like Sasuke's and a Gaara's. Having Hinata able to acupuncture off of someone else's combo is also good, though you'all notice your AI won't always hit the right person with the right jutsu at the right time.
So far, had mixed success with 'clone-spaff stall teams' such as Naruto, Kabuto and Sai, where the idea is just to clog up a third of the opponent's team with clone bodies and force them to waste combos, attacks and jutsu removing them.
Your own barriers should be at the rear and bottom of your teams
