I'm pretty new, I'm only level 29. Someone started messaging me saying they can give me a spot on their group if I leave mine. They are level 41, and they say their group is level2, whereas mine is level 1. There's not much interaction within my group and I'm really confused as to anything having to do with groups. They havent told me what their group was called, and it seems kinda sketchy. Is there any hamr in leaving my group?

No harm in leaving your group if the other one is more active then the one your currently in i say go for it if they actually will let you in

1. You will have to wait for 8 hours (maybe longer, can't quite remember that) before being able to apply to a new group.
2. You will have to wait for 7 days after joining a new group to be able to participate in Great Ninja War, or the Group War for short. That means you won't receive the GNW packs, which might be not too bad if your current group is too weak anyway and can't perform well, or even join, the GNW in the first place.
3. You will lose all your group contribution points. Not too bad too, you just need to spend them all on group skills or group lucky wheel. The skills will be carry to your next group, and since your current group is lv.1 you shouldn't have anything to worry about anyway.

A stronger group will help you doing convoy more easily, meet less plunderer. But in the other hand, finding someone to plunder may be quite harder. A stronger group also provide a much higher group skill level cap, which will effect your fighting power.
A stronger group can do better in GNW, yeild more and better GNW packs. But that won't always be good since there are also more members and if you are not that active and strong, you may never touch one. If you are on a weaker, but has less member group, the packs will not be that good but you may receive one every week because there isn't that much people to share.
In the end, it's all up to you.

Number one is wrong. If you're below lvl 40, you can leave without the cooldown. However, the rest is correct This post was last edited by ShadowFire at 2016-10-23 14:04

No, they just want more members, it's pretty common to pm/get pms about group.

It's not a trick honestly, if someone asks you they are most likely offering you an upgrade.

Just check to make sure:
1. Group level
2. GNW - does that group win a lot, or get higher ranks? More packs and better ones for you
3. Fun members - NaruOn is focused on so many team activities it's better to have nice members who offer help and talk a lot4. Leader - if your current leader ain't good you should go to another group regardless of its level for a better leader who can increase growth

Yeah, but they aren't telling him the name of the group that they are in. All though it's easy just click their name, and hit view details. Then in the top it would say their username from X.

I would research the group, and see how active they are. Ask some question before you decide.
