Go to the "instance" thing on the bottom left of your screen. Then the instance should pop up. On the top of that click "ELITE INSTANCE"

So far i got 30x naruto fragments & 40x Sakura fragments from doing the 1st 6 elite instances each 3 times (only the 1st time you do each gave me those fragments) i think the next 3 will be sasuke.
