I see many server and s98 too with only 1/2 max 3 Group active... That's so boring... The qualifications its so *,because all guild pass the 'qualifications'

we don't have so many players in all server,so why we don't change the max limit member? 10 max to LV 1 and 20/23 to LV 10. So we have more guild,with many active members,more competitions and we don't have problems with GNW's packs... The only problems is that we maybe change the points system of the battle and the numbers of the land,not 6 lands but 4 or 3.
