i have used my credit card for multi payments to this game, it works fine on my 2nd account but every now and then it does not work on my main account and if it does not go through today i will miss the recharge bonus for 4* gaara and will be very dissapointed... i called the bank and they said its blocked on your end not theres. can we please fix this issue? i have tried multiple times today and it also did not work yesterday or the day before and yes i have waited 24 hours to "refre*" and like i said it worked fine on my second account less then an hour ago

ive been having this problems for about 2 weeks now, the only thing that worked was moving my funds to paypal but its so inconvenient since you have to wait roughly a week for those funds to show up , and by that time the event are usually over.

Hello,

there are 2 things you can do. Either wait 24 hours and then try to recharge again or you c*e different payment option (Skrill or PayPal). If you are getting High risk error, that means you are under risk control. This post was last edited by Daiske at 2016-10-22 01:34

If you are getting High risk error, then read my comment above your comment. It explains how you can recharge.
