So I've noticed the Rescource recovery tab int he Benefit Hall, however I'm not entirely sure what it does and how it works.

What I think it does is give some EXP in echange for an amount of coin/ingots paid, however that still leaves how it determines how much EXP to be answered as well as if this is main char EXP or just EXP for your other ninja instead of using food.

Could someone please clarify exactly how this works, and also if it's ever (if sometimes when it is) worth doing.
