I don't think you can change it. I don't know what level you are, but a summon might help to cause knockdown again so it would work.

I am lvl 72 and I know I c*e summons but it is not about that I lack of chase just I have two ninjas who chase knockdown but the wrong one is doing it at first

Its depending on their MOVE order which one will be used first.
