You already said it, it ends at 4pm server time tomorrow so no, if it doesn't glitch like so many stuff did this week it's not ending at reset.

I've noticed talking to Group mates that the Event times go off your local clock. So that would be what time the event ends for you. As for the server, the event ends pretty much at Midnight Wednesday night/Thursday morning. This also normally happens right when the server goes down for it's weekly update.

thats why I asked because the events are usually gone in the morning not at 16:00 pm hope a mode will answer this

What is the time difference for you on the server you are playing on? Is 16:00 your time 24:00 (or 00:00) for the server local time?

since when is it local? I've always seen server time on those o.o
But you're right, although it happens to have the same time as the op for me it's different for group mates

Yeah, sadly I can't confirm this since I'm playing on a server in my own time zone. I was just letting people know what I've been told.

I play on an uk server adn time here is eastern europe
and the events usually go in the morning on the last day ofevents not at the 15:59:59 as they say I wonder because I dont want my plates unused and the event gone
