It doesn't matter if it's illegal or not, you should not make your players use something they might not be comfortable with, especially when the issue most likely lies with your end.
Your players might be unfamiliar with such things, and "google it" is not a valid reply to when a player is uncertain in what they should do, this is the "Customer service" section of the forum, either rename it into "Complaints hall (we don't actually help though)" or give customer service.
There are many things that can go wrong when you try to get a VPN, so many dangers here on the internet, should you really tell your playerbase that has issues, that they should figure it out themselves and running the risk of getting viruses and/or keyloggers and such?
It's baffling that you dare call it a solution.
PS. Are you guys gonna adress the issue with Choza? :)

As I stated in my first comment, I will make sure we will investigate this problem again. But we really can't find anything on our side. I understand frustration of every single player and that is why I am here. VPN is temporarily solution.
Only few players were affected by this problem. From what I know it may be caused by unstable international network connection. That would explain why is only small population of our players affected. But once again, we will investigate this problem. -

Still cannot log-in. Stuck at Pains Theme

4.Using MACbook.I won't be able to use mini-client, Unless you have mac-client.
Please help. I cannot log-in for 1 week already. Hopefully my group haven't removed me yet.
I don't want to stop playing this game. -

3. What kind/type of solution you tried to use before reporting your problem to us ? : Refreshing for 30 mins or so, and then it works, but 10 minutes later I am dis*nected and am met with the same problem again. Cycle repeats (seemingly) infinitely.
4. Are you using Mini client or browser ? If both, are you experiencing this problem in both platforms ? : Yes, both.
5. Screenshot of your problem : Image below (note that my internet connection was working perfectly during the time of the screenshot). Variations include "login verification (request timeout)" and "connection failed". -

playing via client, pc, browers ,facebook , facebook gameroom nothing worked

i tried using both but it doesnot works
5. Screenshot of your problem : below and my conecction is stable, cleared all chrome cache ,restarted and everything, disabled anti virus too nothing worked

3. What kind/type of solution you tried to use before reporting your problem to us ? : Tired reinstalling, logging in and out multiple times, swapping between browser and Miniclient.
4. Are you using Mini client or browser ? If both, are you experiencing this problem in both platforms ? : Yes, both.

Screenshot of your problem : Image below (note: I was logged in perfectly fine until my internet dipped out for one moment, then all of the sudden when it reconnected I just could not reconnect to Naruto Online through anything, now I'm sitting on the loading screen for the last hour about). I do not trust VPNs especially considering this should not be happening if I never had to use a VPN in the first place.
EDIT: I can join HK servers and UK servers with no problem but if I join say NY or LA servers which are the ones I should be connecting to, I can not get in no matter what.

S195 Mount Myoboku
Philippines
I have already checked everything. Im only playing the game on my browser Safari Version 7.0.5 (9537.77.4) because the mini-client is not supported on my laptop.
The game was running smoothly before the maintenance, however after the maintenance i cannot log-in into the game.
