3. What kind/type of solution you tried to use before reporting your problem to us ? : Tired reinstalling, logging in and out multiple times, swapping between browser and Miniclient.
4. Are you using Mini client or browser ? If both, are you experiencing this problem in both platforms ? : Yes, both.

Screenshot of your problem : Image below (note: I was logged in perfectly fine until my internet dipped out for one moment, then all of the sudden when it reconnected I just could not reconnect to Naruto Online through anything, now I'm sitting on the loading screen for the last hour about). I do not trust VPNs especially considering this should not be happening if I never had to use a VPN in the first place.

EDIT: I can join HK servers and UK servers with no problem but if I join say NY or LA servers which are the ones I should be connecting to, I can not get in no matter what.
