So in game the Red Lotus description for Scarlet Blaze is as follows " Increase ninjutsu and attack to up to 3 Ekkei bound ninjas from the opposite team for 5 rounds." Now if this should hold, isn't it rather a buff to your enemies? And what are Ekkei bound ninjas? If it's a typo, please rectify. The game is dotted with similar issues. Thanks. Reply

It means ninjas that have a Blood line limit, aka Kekkei Genkai.

Its a typo from the staff.
its buffs Bloodline limit ninjas in your team, by 40% more Taijutsu & Ninjutsu damage.
The tag for this in-game, is called something else tho.
