Kankuro. Kankuro is a Wind element ninja that uses his puppet to take damage for him and unleash a destructive combo and poison target. At 3*, he gains Black Ant puppet which is a strong damage skill. Without needing much chakra to get moving you can easily drop his starter puppet at the start of every fight for only 20 chakra. What makes this even better is that it can be used repeatedly. His puppet takes damage easy and can be a strong focal point in your team.
