Yes, we still experience this problem.

Check if something is not blocking the game (antivirus program or firewalls).

AdBlock did not affect this game so far, so I don;t see the reason why would it affect now...
But I did turned off AdBlock and tried it again, and no.. I still cant log in.

I don't owe any antivirus so....

I'm not talking about ADBlock. It has nothing to do with this problem. ADBlock is just blocking all kinds of adverti*ts in your browser, not games.

Where do you live and what server are you trying to enter ?

Poland, I am trying to enter S4 Kakashi LA. I can easily enter S93 Karui UK tho.

That might be the problem. You are from Europe but you are trying to enter US server. Try to use VPN. It should fix this problem and you will be able to enter Server 4.

What the hell? I had no problem until now with loggin on this server.
And now you are using this excuse as my location can cause problem?
Also, I am not going to use VPN either.
In your rules there is NO such thing whether people outside US can enter US servers or not.
Fix this * problem, and let me at least perform sign in.

I'm sorry but this is not problem on our side. I am playing this game from the start and I have never ever experienced any kind of login problem. It is not our fault if there is some problem with international connection.

If you are refusing to use VPN, well I am sorry but there is nothing else I can do for you.

The problem is on your side, as you are the one who blocked the possibility of us (European members) to log in on US servers.

Btw. if you have no idea how hosting works, just leave this thread and transfer it to someone who is more "into" this sphere of problem

As I said, it is not our fault. If we blocked our players from playing on specific servers based on their location, we would let you know. : )

have same issue even after 12 hrs cant loing stuck at "Loading game login"

Is there any possibility that the server in the euro area isn't live? Because it's very weird that something like this would just start happening if it wasn't happening before? Would you be able to check with your IT department and see if they added in some new updates in that area of the game in this most recent update?

Same issue here and this is the second time that this happened, unfortunately I just wait it out before it somehow fixes itself. (It happened the first time and I missed a lot of events and login rewards)

I have long been a player of browser games and THIS IS THE ONLY GAME i'm having problems logging in unless of course there is a scheduled maintenance.

Believe me when I say that I have done all the troubleshooting steps available here in the forum but it DOES NOT FIX this issue.

This is a great game but the login issue frustrate a lot of the players (customers who support this game) I'm really pondering of quitting this game altogether due to these login issues.

Please provide us with something more of logic and sense on the reasons this problems happen or else we will just look at you as some robot who say pre programmed dialogue that does not really solve any concern of your customers

then whos fault is it now ? if we played before fine and PAID money and after some time we cant play because reasons...i see some ppl over there thinking "thanks for money *ers go play EU region now and pay AGAIN".

IF we cant plat US because REASONS say it and transfer our accs to eu.....and btw about vpn.... NOT working...browser vpn free vpn or vpn with SUB

And yes im from Europe and im trying to enter US server. And you mentioned earlier of us ( Europe people ) need of using VPN to enter US server , and why is that ? Why ? Earlier i didnt have to use it why would i have to use it now ? Like i said this is going on for couple of days now sometimes i enter after 1 hour of waiting and refreshing loading screen . Why ?
