I want to know if for you guys its the same,after I got almost all letters only 1 missing I used like another 20 mysterious scrool and still couldn't get that missing letter.
As you can see every other letter I have it at least 2 times.

Nope, had only like 15 mystery scrolls, used all and got all the letters.
You're just unlucky :p

I'm sure you can see many other players turning in full set of character plates.
