Im sorry to make this complaint but I am very upset with the current event "Sage Treasure".

In this event you can get 80 Iruka fragments everyday for a cost of anywhere between 24-30 Ignots or coupons that equals around 49.99 US dollars.

So for 49,99 Us Dollars you get 2500 Ignots

You also get the Special server events for recharging 49.99 that give yous 15 Iruka fragments.

So worst case for 49.99 US dollars you can get a 3 star Iruka let me show you the math.

Iruka 1 Star: 30 frags
Iruka 2 Star 50 Frags
Iruka 3 Star 100 Frags

So you spend $49.99 US and get:

2500 Ignots
Free 15 Iruka Fragments for Daily recharge

Iruka Fragments worst case with no discount is 30 ignots

30x80 ( daily value of Iruka fragments you can get per day ) = 2400ignots

80 Iruka Fragments is equal to = 3 STAR IRUKA + the 15 extra you get for recharge!!!

Before this events I spend money everyday to get Iruka knowing he is a power Character I have spent:

$49.99 X 3 ( If not more )
$10.99 X 3 ( If not more )

The server opened SUNDAY 9TH and on Thursday the 13th you released this event.

I spent 150$ US dollars to get Iruka to 3 stars!!!!
Now players can spend $49.99 to get Iruka to 3 Stars!!!!

I love this game you can see I want to spent money put this is not fair to your Sever launch event players who put in hard work and money everyday to collect the character.

I would like to be compensated and refunded the difference of getting a 3 star Iruka the server event way that equals=

$49.99 - get you 15 Iruka Fragments so to get Iruka to 3 star 80 Fragments are needed that equals:

$49.99 x 6 = $299.94 :

6 x 15 fragemnts = 90 Fragmants = 3 star Iruka

Please let me know how we can resolve this issue. Your customer service works a bit slow and I would like this resolved as soon as possible. How can I know when your online or have the option to speak to someone live?
