Elite=Glorified member. Often given to members who won't shut up about getting a rank in the group.

Anbu=Recruiter (may be able to kick players as well not sure)

Senior=Second in command can kick players, recruit players, give rank, demote rank (excluding the Leader) and can move players around the fields in GNW. Also if the leader isn't on for GNW (Great Ninja War) these players are often used as the blame for why anything goes wrong if anything does go wrong by the less intelligent members/Power hungry sore losers. These players take a lot of * and get underestimated a lot, often thought that a trained monkey can do their Job.

Leader=Can do everything that the other ranks can do, except they c*so demote the Seniors, they Also give out packs awarded to the group after GNW. Players with these ranks are often chased and get their names shouted out by the younger members in a group. They're responsible for everything that happens in the group (if they are a good leader) and will handle thing diplomatically if they can.
