Personally, I like Jiraiya more. He can give your team some extra chakra and has some chases.

9T Naruto is mostly used as a tank. He can heal himself every turn and inflict Ignition to attackers. However, he has 0 chase attacks.

Essentially, if you are lacking some damage, get Jiraiya, and if you're lacking some defense, get 9T Naruto.

Jiraya is much better in my opinion.

His standard goes through Hinata and Neji's barrier, give 20 chakra, and his mystery is so much better than Naruto 9T mystery.
