I'm sorry, but I'm slightly confused here.... I live in a magical place that doesn't observe Daylights Savings, so I need some help.

Right now, during DST, my event timer is consistant with LA's DST. The 7:30pm events are at 7:30pm. Now, if the time is pushed backwards 1 hour, that time zone would change from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, correct? Or is it moving forwards where 7:30pm is now 6:30pm for my time?

I'm sorry, living in an area without Daylights Savings is a pain in the tushie. I'm confused what will happen to my time schedule with DST.

Well, event times (deadlines) are set to be in match with your local time/computer time.

We won't be making any changes to event times. In other words, Nine tails events stays at 20:10 (server time), no matter what time zone. LA server are set to Pacific Time Zone/UTC-08:00. So all you have to do is convert it to your time zone.

Thats kinda what my question was, I have no knowledge of how DST will work, so I don't know if LA will move 1 hour forward or 1 hour backwards, and I dont know if DST will cause events to appear 1 hour earlier or 1 hour later than what they are now.

The trick I use to remember day light savings time is Spring forward, Fall back. Since it is in the fall, we will be going back one hour. Doing a quick search on the internet it gave me this:

Hi Daiske, I think you misunderstood WolfMaster question.

I think his question is about the server time during non DST on 6 Nov.

is it going to move the clock back 1 hour also?
or the server going to ignore the DST changes?

Some players are in a non DST effected areas. if the server move backward 1 hour. that me*l of the events is going to be 1 hour later for those players.

Please help clarify this issue with the developers. because this will change how these players play during events.

thank you.
