Interruption occurs despite the fact that you are immune. It's simply like in the Strong Approach when you have to fight Hidan and Kakuzu who is immune to status but you can still interrupt them. This is how the game works, deal with it.
And as a Fire main, let me set things straight.
1. If the fire main uses this so-called "0 chakra STOP!" as his skill, you can bet your ass that his team will most likely not be able to start the combo, the only thing that will start his combo would probably be his next 3 chars, just put CC on them, problem solved.
2. If your team is completely destroyed by this "0 chakra STOP!", it means that your team is bad. Period. It's not OP or unbeatable, bring debuff healer, problem solved while the fire main can't use this skill for the next 3 turns.
3. Learn how to adapt and *yze the team, Fire mains rely on formations and cc combos a lot, cut one of them off (AKA. Acc, cc on someone, especially the target that can do statuses and combos) they immediately lose power in fights. This basically applied to all teams in basic, but for fire, this effects a lot since Fire cannot easily recovered from this without a healer. Judging from hearing your complaints, the fire team you are facing would not and could not put any healer on his team anyway. (Exception to Karin)
4. Refine your equips so you can move first. The team that move first will most likely win. Period. If you move after, just don't whine if you lose, it's how the game works. First team to move = first team to establish CC, simple. This post was last edited by 115***@facebook at 2016-10-12 08:15
